All services are provided on a private pay basis only.
Fees are due as outlined in your signed agreement and cover consultation, case analysis, document preparation, and case management.
We do not guarantee Medicaid approval. Eligibility determinations are made solely by the State of Florida.
Because services involve professional time and preparation:

Fees are non-refundable once services begin.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative costs.

No refunds are issued for completed work or mid-process termination.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Delays or denials do not qualify for refunds.
